Reading seminars
In this reading seminar, we will turn from the classics of feminist historiography to more recent texts that have entered the debate on women’s history of philosophy.
Throughout the seminars we will close read a single text that then will be the focus of the subsequent discussion. The aim of the seminars is to examine more closely some of the reasons why women are still absent from modern histories of philosophy while contemplating ways to incorporate more women in the philosophical canon.
